Hello All..
I have another idea for a useless hoop frame..I make a colorful wreath..the base ring of the wreath is a hoop & i overlap a colorful strip of glitters & simply make it..its making will need just 5 minutes effort & you have done it

Have a look it at its simple tutorial…

You will need to have just 3 things only,

Hoop,Glitter strings strip,Paper tape for binding..

Just wrap the strip around hoop…& it will be done with in 2,3 minutes..really..
