This is my another paper quilling card effort..I have no specific tools for the quilling work,i work with my hands totally..I make a card a few months back,that was my first effort of playing with quilling..that was really fun..I hope you remember that..?My Previous Quilling Card  its not much messy card..just Hearts are showing here..

This time I make some Hearts,,to make it Lovely…hmmm…

Simply cut some strips of colored paper sheet & follow this TUTORIAL for making bud & ruffle paper…

Simply roll the bud in the ruffly paper strip & glue it…Oops i cant take fine pics..but what to do now!!!
Make some other stuff for the card & that’s it..lets ready for pasting it on a hard card paper..

I take my sketch book paper sheet(which was really hard & different) & then paste the stuff on its ready..

    I made a quilled V-Day card to day also :) I do use a quilling tool, but for this it was just my hands and some pinching and glueing :)
