You will need to have..
1-Beads
2-Elastic thread
3-Jeans & organza for flowers
4-Needle & thread
Steps

Add beads in elastic thread & make a long strait loop,
Cut the jeans & organza in floral shape
Stitch with needle & make brooch type thing..I use silver beads in the center of flowers..

Arrange the loop of beads in a bracelet shape,
Stitch the whole with jeans brooch tightly, i make some tussles from the sides of brooch..
Due to its elasticity,it will fit with any wrist size..
