I Need Some Break-Let Me Study

Hello All Friends..

Actually as you know I am doing my post graduation in Education subject, its the 3rd semester going on, & in this semester I have to make lesson plans & deliver lectures in front of a full class with a panel of my teachers..hmmm..i have to do this..although i am not a much confidant girl, kinda shy type of person, how i will stand confidently in front of the whole class? ahhhh but now I have to build some confidence..otherwise my result can be disturbed..i have to write up-to 40 lessons in limited days! plus i will deliver some lectures by using audio-visual aids & with a stunning personality as a teacher..

I will not be totally away..whenever i will create something unique on my lesson plan files or in Audio-visual aids..i will take few images of my effort, i will show you that how i am struggling for my grades !!
Oh yes, I was having a few series on my blog from last month, one is Featured Blog Creativity
Celebrate Pakistan Day Series
Featured Recipe series and Are You Inspired? series as well..
so i want to say sorry to all..because i am not able to write all these posts for a few weeks, all of your submissions are in my inbox..so i will start my series after a few weeks..I hope everything will be OK for me & for You too..
Hopefully i will come to show you my handmade audio-visual aids and my colorful lesson plan files or registers..(depends on time availability)
So don’t go anywhere, until i am back!!!
p.s Can you suggest me something how i can improve my confidence level?

My dear, Let me just say from teacher to teacher to be: you should just forget your audience and have with you something that makes you confidant.Like lucky shoes or a pen, to have something in your hands :). The best and most sincear audience ever are children, so don’t be affraid of your class and other teachers. They are just people.
    Have fun.

School comes first! Don’t worry, K, we’ll be here when you have time for blogging again.

Confidence: think about all your blogging friends around the world when you give the lectures. You are never shy here on the internet – you are bold, funny, confident and talented! Try to pretend the audience is a bunch of your friendly blog readers who love what you do.

    Good luck, o studious one!

Khadija, do what you must do! Work hard and it will pay off I have no doubt. We shall be here when you get back!

As for confidence, I would say this: work very hard every day, do your best, and you will undoubtedly produce work that is excellent. knowing that you’ve done your very best will fill you with the confidence you need! So get to it! Best of luck, and we shall see you soon. :)

yes dear first thing is first… focus on ur studies for some time. and InshAllah everything will turn out great…

about u being not confident… I think alot of confidence comes from self awarness, having knowledge that you can do it and do it really well. dear if you can make such an amazing blog with so many creative ideas. then I am sure you will be a fantastic teacher too :)

Good luck and keep ur moral high.

There this one thing my teacher told me and it works.. “try to be over confident, like believe in yourself that your presentation is the best and it helps” :)
and my personal tip would be to just try think of random good memories and not focusing more on when is your turn to deliver, it helps dealing with pressure well and keeps your heart beat normal.
Let me know if something helps.. :)
P.S: try practicing in front of the mirror.. ;)

All the best on your academics.I was super shy of presenting before a crowd in my first year at medical college but because of the stage shyness I prepared extra hard and this helped boost my confidence. You will do well.Prepare well and All the best
    Cheers

you can do it!! ^^ Just don’t worry too much and have fun with it…that’s how I do it! Take it as it comes, don’t stress, and exercise! (seriously, aerobics are amazing) Then, to boost your confidence, make sure you’re prepared, then tell yourself you’re prepared, and just tell yourself you can do it. ^^

Just don’t allow yourself to think “What if?” because that’s one way for your confidence to go way down…

Good luck, and I hope that helps!(:

hmm a nice suggestion but dear if i will try to be an over confident teacher may be i make mistakes in subject matter & method!! actually everybody think perfect before going in front of class but when we stand in front of a big class,,unconsciously we get confuse :( hehe
but i like your idea of practicing in front of Mirror..a cool way for getting confidence!!!

    Sonia;
