My Ramadan month is going on nicely.we are enjoying a lot! AlhamduLillah, Prayers & blessings of Allah+plus+eating & outing(at iftar parties) Although its summer but fasting is not feeling hard..Thanks Allah..
Today I am going to share one of my favorite recipe..yes mini pizza is a yummy thing, have you ever taste it, i am sure you have enjoyed this yummm!! I have enjoyed this several times & its really tasty!!

Mini Pizza Recipe For Ramadan

My today’s feature is an awesome blog,Nashira is very creative lady with food, i am feeling so nice to feature her blog,she has a cute blog with lots of yummy recipes Her photography is amazing, I always love her creative pics..i wish i can learn some photography tact from her..i wish i can borrow her camera for my tutorial pics…hahah..

Ingredients

12 slices of sandwich bread, or

12 puff pastry squares (I used Alkaramah)
2 tablespoon oil

1 cup tomato, chopped

1 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

¼ cup red onion, chopped

4 tablespoon tomato ketchup

1 heaped teaspoon dry oregano

½ teaspoon dry basil

½ teaspoon dry thyme

½ teaspoon pepper powder
pinch garlic powder (optional)

salt, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced black olives

1 teaspoon each chopped onion and bell pepper, for topping
